Describe the decision
Share a general overview, the service you are considering, and any deadline. Stephen will review your inquiry and reply within two business days.
Examine the context
We agree the scope and timing before payment. You then complete the structured intake. For a Decision Review, we also meet for a 45-minute private conversation.
Identify your next step
Receive your personal response or decision brief, with the reasoning behind the advice. Use the included clarification to address a follow-up question.
Before you inquire
A few practical questions.
What if I am unsure which service fits?
Select “Unsure” on the inquiry form and briefly describe your situation. Stephen will recommend an appropriate scope before you commit to an engagement.
Can you help if I have a deadline?
Include your deadline in the initial inquiry. Availability and delivery timing will be confirmed before payment. A reply within two business days is an inquiry response, not a promise that the engagement will be completed within that period.
Will you tell me which option to choose?
Stephen will offer a perspective and a recommendation where useful, explaining the assumptions, uncertainties, and trade-offs behind it. You retain ownership of the decision.
Is this coaching or psychotherapy?
These are focused career advisory engagements addressing one defined question or decision. They are separate from psychotherapy and do not include ongoing coaching.
What should I share in my initial inquiry?
A general outline of the decision, your current role and industry, and any deadline is enough. Do not include confidential employer information, client details, medical information, or sensitive documents. Any subsequent document review is agreed separately.
Can we discuss compensation or employment terms?
We can consider how compensation, responsibilities, and role expectations affect the career decision. Legal interpretation, tax planning, and financial advice require the appropriate qualified professionals.
Your next move
Start with the decision you’re facing.
You do not need a polished explanation or a preferred service. Share the options you are weighing, what makes the decision difficult, and when you need to decide.
Stephen will personally review your inquiry and reply within two business days. No payment is required to inquire.
Career and professional-development advisory. Separate from psychotherapy. Not legal, tax, financial, or emergency advice. Scope, fee, and delivery timing are agreed before payment.
